Elderwerks Northwest Dementia Conference offers premier speakers to professionals wanting to learn about aging and dementia.

CREDIT HOURS:
Awarded to Counselors (Clinical/Professional), Nurse Practitioners, Nurses (RNs/LPNs), Nursing Home Administrators, and Social Workers.

Other professions that will receive credit: Acupuncturists, Dental Hygienists, Dietitians/Nutritionists, Marriage and Family Therapists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists and COTAs, Physical Therapists and PTAs, Psychologists, and Respiratory Care Therapists, If your profession is listed here you will receive your Continuing Education Certificate separately.

CEU’S AVAILABLE:
6 Dementia, 1.5 Ethics, 1.5 Bias, or 1 Cultural Considerations.
Please Note: Social Workers must choose which continuing education credits will go towards either dementia or cultural considerations or ethics not all categories.
